I took my George Foreman grill out of retirement to make this recipe. I hadn’t used it since I stopped eating meat. You don’t need an indoor grill to make this though. I’m sure it would work great in a grill pan or outdoor bbq. It’s a flavorful sandwich you’ll probably make again and again if you like your tofu spicy. Check it out!
